FIT GUARANTEE

If you are having fitting issues with your Stance Custom Fit Boots, please come in store or get in touch with us we will do our best to find a solution based on the product or problem. Only after all other avenues have been exhausted we will consider an exchange or refund. Our guarantee covers you for the life of the boot and or the life of the liner.

Our credit/refund guarantee only applies to our Full Custom Fit Packages (boot, custom footbed, injection liner). Boots purchased with stock liners hold a limited guarantee. With our limited guarantee, we will happily work on your boots within reason, however, stock liners often change fitting direction and we are therefore unable to offer a credit or refund. There are a few things we cannot offer a guarantee on but are happy to work with you: warmth / discounted products / medical issues (circulation, soft tissue, hypersensitivity, etc.).

Our fit guarantee does not cover product manufacturing warranty.

YOUR NEW BOOTS: WHAT TO EXPECT

In the first couple of days in a new boot, discomfort isn’t abnormal. However, do not try to ski through pain. Get in touch with us, we are here to help.

Stands injection liners are the best way to get the most secure fit. This said, it may take your feet a bit of time to adjust to this kind of close contact. The break in period can be anywhere from one to five days. Undoing the buckles or adjusting things regularly is normal; it's your feet getting used to a fitted boot. Just be sure not to over buckle on the top of your foot.

It may take one to three days to adjust to your new footbeds, but you will notice a dramatic improvement throughout this time. If you do not, let us know.

Be sure to buckle your boots properly, but more importantly, be sure you aren't taking old habits into your new boots. If your toes are tight, it's likely that you're skiing in the back seat. This is a skiing issue not a boot fitting issue. Fitted boots will do 80% of the work for you but only if you let them.

Fresh clean socks make the biggest difference with regards to warmth. No cotton and ideally the socks you were fitted with. Heating systems are a great solution for chronic warmth issues. We do not guarantee for warmth it is subject to an individual.

85% of skiers come to us with boots that are too big. This forces skiers to try and “grab” their boots with their toes often causing cramping. Be sure to remind yourself to relax your feet and not fight the boot.

From day one the fitting process is 90% complete. The other 10% comes with a few days of skiing and potentially a few tweaks.

Relax and go skiing.
